Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. This excludes weekends. All of our orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate enhanced delivery. Please get in touch using the contact page before placing your order.

Returns and Refunds

All of our items are made to order, bespoke to you. Returns and refunds are not accepted. Your satisfaction is really important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please get in touch.

Bundle Purchases

We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. For large orders such as weddings, we recommend requesting samples before placing a bundle purchase with us. We are unable to refund bespoke orders. Please get in touch if you would like to order samples at info@poppyandpears.co.uk.

Custom Items

If you have a custom item in mind that is not available on our website, please get in touch. We love to work with our customers and suppliers to create perfect products personalised for you.
